Player reviews
What players are saying
“I mostly use it to find multikills and clutches after competitive matches. I used to scrub through the whole demo. Now I can browse clips by player and switch to the opponent’s POV to check my crosshair and positioning. I pick a few clips and make a review video. Finding the moments saves me even more time than editing them.”
“I usually play with friends, and the moments I want to keep are often the teamwork and voice chat from a particular round. CSTV keeps the footage, kill feed, and team chat together. I keep it simple for sharing with friends, or turn on input overlays for a closer review. I don’t have to remember to record while we play.”
“I don’t edit every match. I usually keep the generated clips in the library first. When I want to review a weapon, I group the clips by weapon. If I can’t figure out a fight, I use death replays to see both POVs. My clips used to be scattered across folders. Now I can organize them by what I want to review.”
Plan questions
Frequently asked questions
Questions before you buy or upgrade? Here’s how CSTV plans work.
Are my videos created on my PC or in the cloud?
CSTV analyzes demos, records clips, and exports videos on your PC. It connects to CSTV services to verify your account, payments, and plan. Your demos, clips, and finished videos are not uploaded to the cloud by default.
How do monthly and annual plans work?
Both are one-time purchases. A monthly plan lasts 30 days, and an annual plan lasts 365 days. Neither renews automatically.
When does an upgrade take effect?
An upgrade to a higher-priced tier within the same monthly or annual billing period uses a prorated price for your remaining days. It starts after payment and keeps your current expiration date. Other changes, including switching between monthly and annual plans, cost the full new-plan price and start when your current plan ends. Checkout shows the amount due, start date, and expiration date. If your current order is not eligible for proration, checkout shows the scheduled start date.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund for an unused plan within 24 hours of payment, subject to the refund policy. If you have used paid features, bought during a promotion, or have other rights under applicable law, check the refund policy shown before payment.
Can I use my plan on a new PC?
Yes. Your plan is linked to your CSTV account, not permanently tied to one PC. Device limits vary by plan. You can remove an old device in the app’s membership settings once every 24 hours. An internet connection is required to verify your plan when creating videos.
