CSTV Refund Policy
This policy applies to monthly, annual, and automatically renewing monthly plans purchased through official CSTV channels. Any rights required by applicable law still apply.
Refunds within 24 hours for unused plans
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of payment for your first purchase if your account has not used any video creation features available only on paid plans. CSTV service records determine whether those features have been used. This first-purchase policy does not apply to later automatic renewal payments.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, charged a different amount from the checkout total, or your paid features did not activate and could not be restored within a reasonable time, send us your order number. If we confirm a platform or payment processing error, we will issue a full refund or activate the features you purchased.
Other refund requests
We review other requests based on the circumstances, including requests made after using paid features or after the refund window, and issues caused by device performance, disk space, demo content, or changes to third-party games and platforms outside CSTV’s control. This does not limit refunds required by law.
How to request a refund
Sign in and select Orders and refunds from the account menu. Choose your order and submit a request. The app's plan center has the same option. You can track the review and refund on your order. For questions or payment issues, contact CSTV Support with your order number. Do not send payment passwords, banking passwords, or text message verification codes.
How and when refunds arrive
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on WeChat Pay, your bank, or other payment providers. We update your order status after processing the refund.
What happens to your plan
After a refund, any unused time and paid features associated with that order are removed. Your account may return to the free plan immediately. A refund does not delete demos, clips, or videos already stored on your PC.
