CSTV Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rights and responsibilities for using the CSTV desktop client and cstv.games. Licenses acquired through Steam are also subject to Steam agreements.
Software license
CSTV grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Software acquired through Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the terms of the purchase.
Local content
You retain control of local demos, recordings, and generated videos. You are responsible for having the lawful right to process, retain, or share video, voice, and other content.
Acceptable use
- Do not bypass software or Steam access and licensing controls.
- Do not use CSTV to violate privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.
- Do not maliciously disrupt the product, website, or other users.
Updates and availability
CSTV may be updated for compatibility, security, or feature improvements. Changes to CS2, Steam, or third-party platforms may affect some sync and capture capabilities.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is. Back up important demos and videos before clearing data or changing output locations.
Trademarks and relationship
Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, and related marks belong to Valve Corporation. CSTV is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.
