CSTV Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rights and responsibilities for using the CSTV desktop client and cstv.games. The CSTV client is available to download from this website.
Software license
CSTV grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Optional paid features in the client are subject to the entitlements, pricing, and refund terms shown on the purchase page.
WeChat account and membership
Membership belongs to the CSTV account signed in with WeChat. Lite, Pro, and Creator support one, two, and three devices respectively, as shown on the purchase page. You may not sell, rent, share, or bypass verification for an account.
Steam linking identifies players and does not transfer, copy, or merge membership. Unlinking, refunds, chargebacks, or clear abuse may suspend the related entitlement or sessions.
Local content
You retain control of local demos, recordings, and generated videos. You are responsible for having the lawful right to process, retain, or share video, voice, and other content.
Acceptable use
- Do not bypass CSTV access and licensing controls.
- Do not use CSTV to violate privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.
- Do not maliciously disrupt the product, website, or other users.
Updates and availability
CSTV may be updated for compatibility, security, or feature improvements. Changes to CS2, Steam, or third-party platforms may affect some sync and capture capabilities.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is. Back up important demos and videos before clearing data or changing output locations.

Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, and related marks belong to Valve Corporation. CSTV is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.
